1. General provisions
    1. These E-shop Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) constitute a legally binding document for the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), setting out the rights and obligations of the Parties.
    2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Buyer shall be informed of any changes to the Rules on the website of the e-shop.
  2. Conclusion of the sale and purchase agreement
    1. The Purchase and Sale Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to have been concluded when the Buyer forms and submits an order for the Goods in the online shop, having first read these Rules.
  3. Seller’s rights
    1. In serious circumstances, the Seller may suspend temporarily or completely the electronic operation of the online shop without prior notice to the Buyer.
    2. If the Buyer attempts to undermine the operation, stability and security of the e-shop or violates his/her obligations, the Seller shall have the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the e-shop without notice.
  4. Obligations of the seller
    1. The Seller undertakes to make available the services of the online shop, the conditions of operation of which are set out in these Conditions.
    2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the Buyer by the delivery method chosen by the Buyer, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
    3. Where, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller is unable to deliver the goods ordered in the online shop, the Seller shall have the right to terminate the Purchase and Sale Agreement by informing the Buyer in advance. The Seller may offer a similar product. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller undertakes to refund the money paid within 3 working days.
    4. If the Buyer exercises the right provided for in point 5.2 of the Terms and Conditions, the Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer within 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
    5. The Seller may not refund the amount paid by the Buyer until the Goods have been returned to the Seller or until the Buyer has provided proof that the Goods have been dispatched to the Seller, whichever is done prior.
  5. Buyer rights
    1. The Buyer shall be entitled to purchase the Goods in the Online Shop in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
    2. The Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of goods concluded in the online shop by notifying the Seller in writing no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.
    3. The Buyer may exercise the Buyer’s right referred to in point 5.2 only if the goods have not been damaged or substantially altered in appearance, nor have they been used.
  6. Obligations of the buyer
    1.  The Buyer shall pay for and accept the Goods purchased in accordance with these Conditions.
    2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods at the time of delivery without good reason, the Buyer shall be liable to pay the costs of returning the goods at the Seller’s request.
    3.  At the time of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer, the Buyer shall inspect the condition of the consignment and the Goods(s) together with the Seller or the person delivering the consignment.
    4.  By using the online shop, the Buyer confirms that he/she accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale and must comply with them.
  7. Pricing
    1. The prices of the products in the online shop are quoted in euros. Prices include VAT. Once the order has been confirmed, delivery charges, if any, are added to the total amount of the goods, if applicable.
  8. Purchase and payment
    1. When a customer visits an online shop, they choose the items they like and put them in their shopping basket. After the shopping cart has been created, the Buyer enters the personal data necessary for the execution of the order: his/her name, surname, the address to which the goods will be delivered, the telephone number and any additional information that may be relevant for the delivery of the goods ordered. The Buyer acknowledges that he/she has read these Rules and confirms the order.
    2.  Payments can be made using Swed, Seb, Luminor, Citadele, Šiaulių bankas electronic banking services and Visa/MasterCard payment cards. Payments can be made in euro. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
  9. Delivery
    1. When ordering goods, the Buyer must specify the exact delivery address.
    2.  The buyer must accept the goods himself. If the Buyer is unable to accept delivery of the goods himself, but the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer shall not be entitled to make any claim in respect of the delivery of the goods to the wrong person.
    3.  The Seller shall deliver the Goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the descriptions of the Goods.
    4. The features of all the goods sold are listed in the description of each product. The Seller shall not be liable for the fact that the color, shape or other parameters may not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.
    5. If the Buyer withdraws from the contract for the sale of the goods, the Buyer shall be refunded the full amount paid by the Buyer, including the delivery costs paid by the Buyer.
    6. Interior accessory delivery information:
      1.  Delivery in Lithuania 2 to 5 working days.
      2.  Free delivery in Lithuania for orders over EUR 100 (except to Curonian Spit).
    7. Production and delivery times for custom furniture:
      1.  The deadlines depend on the complexity and size of the order. The deadline is specified individually for each customer and the products ordered.
      2.  For other items, delivery information is available in the description of the item or in the order form window.
  10. Returns
    1.  Purchases can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Defective goods will be replaced, refunded in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
    2.  Upon return, the goods must meet these requirements:
      1. The returned product must be in its original packaging in good working order (this does not apply for low-quality or defective goods);
      2. The goods must be in good condition and undamaged by the Buyer;
      3.  The product must be unused and in good condition: undamaged labels, protective film, etc. (this does not apply when returning low-quality or defective goods);
      4. The returned goods must be in the same condition as received by the Buyer (this clause does not apply when returning low-quality or defective goods);
      5.  The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the Buyer’s return of the Goods if the conditions for returning the Goods have not been met;
      6. Returns shall be made in the manner described by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods (this does not apply if the goods are of poor quality, in which case returns shall be made within the statutory warranty period);
    3.  Returns and replacements of goods of satisfactory quality are carried out in accordance with Article 6.22810(1) of the Civil Code;
    4. Money paid for goods accepted by the Buyer but subsequently returned shall be refunded to the Buyer’s account no later than 5 (five) days from the date of return of the goods to the Seller, unless the Seller and the Buyer agree otherwise.
  11. Closing provisions
    1. These Rules are drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
    2. These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between the Parties hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
    3. Any disagreements arising from the application of these Rules shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedures established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
    4. The Parties shall be excused from the performance of their obligations hereunder if such performance is prevented by unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of the Parties (Force Major).
