Return and delivery policy

The Yuugen hopes that you will like our interior products and that they will find their place in your home. However, you have the right to return or exchange the product(s) for another. In order to do so, the exchange or return must comply with the following conditions:

    – The return or exchange must be valid.

    – The products must be unused, undamaged and have retained their characteristics.

    – Proof of purchase (order confirmation or VAT invoice).

    – Send the goods to YUUGEN DESIGN FABRIKK AS.

    – All goods can be collected free of charge from our warehouse in Konows gate 67B, 0196 Oslo.

 

Exchange/Refund policy

  1. If the Buyer changes their mind, the goods may be returned to the Seller without providing any reason for the return. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept goods of appropriate quality in the categories listed in Clause 17 of the Retail Rules, as well as goods which have been sent to the Buyer on an individual order basis.
  2. The Buyer who decides to return/exchange the item(s) may do so within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer. This can be done by informing the Seller by email at post@yuugen.no, and the return can only be made after written confirmation from the Seller/employee. The name of the returned item, the order number and the reason for the return must be stated.
  3. The costs of returning the goods shall be covered by the Buyer. The returned goods must be in their original packaging, in good condition, undamaged, unused, in the same condition as received by the Buyer, and must not have lost their merchantable appearance.
  4. Refunds will be made to the Buyer within 14 days of the date of the statement of cancellation, but refunds may be delayed if we have not received the returned goods or proof that they have been dispatched.
  5. The Buyer is responsible for the proper assembly and packaging of returned goods. Breakable goods must be packed in such a way that they can be transported safely.
  6. Please note that according the buyer’s request for replacement or return of the goods shall be satisfied if the goods have not been used, are not damaged, have retained their properties, have not lost their merchantable appearance and the buyer has evidence that they bought the goods from the Seller.
  7. If the Buyer returns an item purchased at a discount, the amount paid for the item shall be refunded together with the applicable discount.
  8. Goods that the Buyer does not like due to their shape, size, color, model, completeness  shall be accepted from the Buyer and replaced or refunded within 14 days from the date of return of goods.
  9. In the event of a return of the wrong goods or goods of poor quality, the Seller undertakes to collect such goods and replace them with suitable or good quality goods. In the event that the Seller does not have suitable or good quality goods or the Buyer does not wish to receive such goods, the Seller shall refund the money paid for the goods to the Buyer.
  10. The Seller shall have the right not to accept the Buyer’s return of the goods if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure set out in this Article.

Delivery information for interior accessories:

    – Delivery in Norway 2 – 5 working days.

Production and delivery terms for custom furniture:

    – The terms depend on the complexity and size of the order. The deadline is provided individually for each customer and the products ordered.

    – Information is provided in the description of the specific product.
